1. Returns

• You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

• Certain items are non-returnable, including digital products, gift cards, or sale/clearance items.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Shipping Returns

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
